House rules
1. Check-In is at 03:00 p.m., Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
3. Parties and excessive volume are not permitted, not even on the terrace, balcony, courtyard or in communal areas (e.g. hallway). Please avoid loud noises, especially between 22:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m.
4. Smoking and Vaping are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy will result in a separate cleaning fee. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
9. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be used in outside and common areas.
10. Please handle the appliances and furniture carefully. If there are any issues, inform us.
11. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.
12. Please leave the apartment as you found it.

14. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violation of house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without refund.
